We assemble a written proposal that outlines project scope, recommendations, timelines, technical requirements, project phases, and pricing.

We deliver your digital product or launch your new site, as well as user documentation. We make sure everything works live before the project is considered complete.

Once we’ve settled on the terms and project scope, we’ll onboard you to our project management tools for seamless project communication and document management.

We support the project for three months after launch. If you have a maintenance plan with us, you’ll get continued monthly support and quarterly site audits.

While our specialty is advanced website and development projects like eCommerce and membership sites, we can connect you with talented developers who can build any site, big or small. For basic websites, you may be interested in our Essential maintenance plan, which includes the tools and resources to build your own simple website that we then host and maintain.

We typically require an upfront deposit of 50% before work begins, 25% 30 days later, and 25% on completion. If you have a maintenance plan with us and are using our financing plan (link to packages page), the cost of your project is split over several months and added to the cost of your monthly maintenance package.

As a distributed agency, we don’t have an office space where we welcome our clients. We are happy to set up a video call if you want to discuss your project but for detailed technical information, our preference is email and then our project management portal once a project has started.

We believe in spending the time that is usually spent in meetings on writing up detailed scopes and documents. These items can be reviewed later, reducing the amount of time spent repeating the same information.
