What Issues Can a Support Subscription Resolve?
Essentially any annoying little problem your website is having that you just can’t figure out how to fix. This could be console errors, unexpected WordPress errors, or style changes.

Some Simple Examples:

  1. My header is messing up on mobile
  2. I can’t figure out how to display my social media icons in my footer
  3. I can’t get MailChimp to connect to Ninja Forms
  4. I can’t get my PayPal account connected to WooCommerce
  5. I want to skip the WooCommerce cart page and go straight to checkout

What Happens If The Problem Can't Be Resolved?
If you need something that falls outside of the scope of your subscription (EG: it’s for a different website, or the issue requires that you have an upgraded plan), we would instead use one of your credits.

If you don’t have any credits, you can purchase more credits, or upgrade your subscription.

If for some reason, the issue you send us can’t be resolved on any level of our subscription, we would  put together a quote and send it your way.

 

How Many Sites Does a Subscription Cover?
Unlike credits, a subscription is tied to a single website. You would submit issues in the same way as you would if you used credits – the only difference is that if you have a subscription, it will not use any of your credits if the ticket you are submitting is related to the website you have a subscription for.

If you need something that falls outside of the scope of your subscription (EG: it’s for a different website, or the issue requires that you have an upgraded plan), we would instead use one of your credits.

What's The Cost of Things Support Won't Cover?
As an ongoing support customer, we don’t impose any minimum charge for project-based work we do, so you end up getting a much lower price than what we can offer to non-retainer clients.

For example: if you needed us to build you an entire page from scratch, it might cost somewhere around $650 to build. Our minimum price for non-retainer clients is $2,500, so if you weren’t a retainer client, our policy would force us to quote the project at $2,500.

However, if you were on a retainer with us, we would no longer impose that minimum price and we would be able to give you the best price we have, $650.

Do you Offer Annual Plans?
Absolutely! If you’re interested in working with us on a billing cycle that is not monthly, just contact us directly and let us know what you have in mind.
